3. Estimates and Pricing

  • Free Estimates: We provide free estimates for most plumbing services. Estimates are based on the information provided and visual inspection.
  • Upfront Pricing: We believe in transparent pricing. You will receive a clear quote before any work begins.
  • Additional Work: If additional issues are discovered during service, we will inform you and provide a revised estimate before proceeding.
  • Price Changes: Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of the estimate unless otherwise specified.

4. Appointments and Scheduling

  • Appointment Windows: We provide estimated arrival windows for scheduled appointments. We will contact you if there are any delays.
  • Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling when possible.

  • Access: You are responsible for ensuring access to the work area. Additional charges may apply for return visits due to access issues.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

7. Permits and Code Compliance

We are fully insured to perform handyman and home repair services. For work requiring permits, we will advise you on the necessary steps and ensure all work complies with local building codes. Permit fees are in addition to quoted service prices unless otherwise specified. For specialized work requiring licensed contractors, we will provide honest referrals.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RCMR Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
